We are looking for someone with excellent sales experience and abilities to manage our sales department in China. The job is in a city called Wuhu in China’s Anhui Province (http://english.wh.cn/)


Key Skill Requirements
4+ years of sales experience. You must be an experienced successful sales manager to apply for this post


Required Skills

  • Candidates must be fluent in English
  • Experience in telesales is required
  • Able to comfortably use MS Office programs 
  • Management experience
  • Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus 
  • Experience in media sales would be a strong plus

 


Job Details
The job will be to work in ENF's sales department, undertaking core sales work – as well as managing the staff and evolving the department.

Core work includes :

  • Selling advertising on our website directory to solar power manufacturers around the world
  • Selling ENF’s market research reports to solar power manufacturers around the world
  • Management of sales staff (sales staff from several different countries)
  • Improving tracking, training etc. within the sales department

 


Compensation

  • Living accommodations within a shared apartment with other ENF employees
  • Very high commission of 16%-20% of the value of reports and advertising you sell (however, please be aware that you will likely earn less than a Europe-based sales job) 
  • 3 weeks holiday (in addition to government holidays)
